Renters must be 25 years or older.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes, there is a 2 to 48-hour buffer between rentals to allow proper preparation.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum: 2 days

Maximum: As long as needed (based on availability)

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, discounts are available based on rental duration:

5% off – 3 days

8% off – 7 days

15% off – 15 days

20% off – 30 days

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

A 7.38% sales tax applies to all rentals. Discounts are applied before tax.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Rentals include 200 miles per day.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Mileage overages are charged at:

$0.25 per mile

$0.35 per mile for higher overages

What are your standard business hours?

We are open 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return are available during business hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, with advance notice.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

At this time, delivery services are not offered.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

No.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Young Driver Fee (if applicable): $200 with approval

Prepaid Gas: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Return Fee: $25 per day

Retrieval Fee $100

What is the cost for an additional driver?

An additional driver can be added for $25, with proper license and approval.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 No smoking allowed (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Please don’t attempt to cover odors with fragrances — they will still be detected.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

🐶 While we love animals, pets are not allowed in rentals. Please keep your furry friends at home.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for:

— All tolls, tickets, and parking violations during the rental period

— Vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass Device

— Tolls may be billed 30–60 days after rental; invoices must be paid promptly

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We provide each vehicle in perfectly clean condition. Please return it the same way. Cleaning fees may apply as follows:

— Moderate Cleaning – $50 (mud, sand, bugs, light odors, small spills)

— Heavy Cleaning – $100 (stains, strong odors, extensive bug debris)

— Severe Cleaning – $150 (steam cleaning or full detailing required)

— Pet Hair Removal – $150

— Multiple Issues – $250

— Extremely Dirty – $200

— Filthy Condition – $300+



— Beach Sand/Sunscreen – $250 (detailing required)

👉 Please note: If you take the car to the beach, you must clean it thoroughly before returning. Sand and sunscreen residue will require a full detail and a $250 fee will apply.
